I think they made that up just so they would have something to report about during winter. When I talk to relatives in other states, they say, "wintery what?! You mean snow?" Unfortunately, my answer to that question is that I'm not really even sure if I know what it is, either. I do know that the city considers shutting down for it, though, and sometimes the boss sends us to work from home. So bring on the wintery mix!
